steering, fuel, rear

installed the manual steering box today, also got the GN rear so i can swap that in, and installed the fuel tank and intercooler

i tuned this car a while back and he came the track with us friday night and ran a 11.83 @ 115mph!

a bunch of shit all at once with the malibu

all apart working on alot of things at once

built a downpipe, recirculated the wastegate, and retrofitted the tank with a bosch 044 fuel pump

junkyard dipstick and wastegate placement

put in a junkyard dipstick for the trans, fits perfect, now i can fill and check the level for much cheaper than a 90 dollar flexible one. also mounted the wastegate i got the other day, now i have to pull mostly everything out and build the trans and do the downpipe and etc.

pulled an aluminum 5.3 today

radiator, transgo kit, wideband, fuel pump, vbands and 2 fuel fittings

started to mock up the hot side, well, cut and bolted in my manifolds, then held some pipes in to get ideas and moved the turbo around, waiting on some Vbands and i will be able to tack some stuff up. thursday night i am sure there will be an update

a friend cameron Vic actually hurt some of his bearings and is going to swap them out, so i sent him these in a care package, harrys seasoned race bearings lol
