driveshaft complete, extended wheel studs on front wheels, next week i should be driving around

installed extended wheel studs on the front wheels, and raised the car a little on the coil overs, pressed the driveshaft together, insanely enough this driveshaft tube was donated from a youtube member! he made it for me to my measurements, and i just put my ends on and viola, tossed it in. its awesome how the community gives back!

trying to go over everything 3x and zip tie a bunch of stuff to make sure it doesnt fall out or burn on things, etc.

stuck a nice squeeze performance sticker there in the engine bay gotta represent my sponsors!

nearly there! all the little things!

i have a video update coming, been busy with this car, the truck and some other cars etc haha hard to get one thing settled, driveshaft cut down fits great, did the intercooler piping and many other things today buttoning everything up with the coolant hoses, vac lines, you name it, trying to get it all completed before i have it ready and have to deal with em.

need to get some trans cooler line for sure and hook up that pig somewhere now.

here are some pics of the state i am in!

New driveshaft fits great

Had it cut down 3/4 inch. Associated trucking did it for free since they didn't have to retube it. Awesome

finished hotside, more wiring, driveshaft too long, FEK

well the damn driveshaft is too long, i measured it too long, fawk,
going to drop that off tomorrow, that is the first time i have fucked one up haha damnit

anyway i did more wiring, ripped out the steering column wiring and neutral and reverse safety wiring etc. got the ford starter wire to kick with the two wires for the trans bridged, now this is interesting, it has like 6v, then when you key it hits 12...

now i have this wired to a relay and it is working, but i wonder if the car running will make more than 6v and hit the starter on its own? anyone ever mess with the stock starter switch?

anyway i finished the hotside and bolted it up, installed the other side spark plugs and etc, had to bend the fuel rail feed out of the way it was hitting the connectors on a clutch pack for cyl 5. easy fix.

installed the wastegate, and bolted up the oil feed and drain, bolted the turbo to the turbo kit for now also.

its all together just have to do the drain and get the rest of the wires working, upper rad hose fits, lower rad hose not that great, going to try another one from auto/advanced again.

anyway here are pics of my latest pigbin hotside

got the driveshaft today, very nice! installed and the car is mobile! i only was able to get 6 lug nuts at advance auto today, so there is 3 in each side of teh car hahah, also the pinion angle needs to be adjusted i wants to wheel hop like a bitch when i try to brake stand, well, it actually wheel hopped bad enough to kick the battery out of the tray haha, shifter needs attention, trans controller is giving me trouble, cant get it to shift right yet, other than that we got the hood on and pins installed so most of that stuff is all done with, throttle cable installed today also, awesome to see it moving under its own power.
